How do I place my order?
What's the status of my order?
Every single item on Evangeloom is custom printed just for you, and there are three steps before you get it: (1) Order on Hold, (2) Orders into Production and (3) Delivery.
Following a successful order, please expect a confirmation email. You will also receive an update email when your order goes into production. Once your order ships, we will send a third email with your tracking information.
The most recent information on your order is always available via the receipt link provided in our email correspondence, or by retrieving your tracking information.
If you did not receive the status update emails, please check your spam folder or promotions tab in case it was redirected there.

Where is my order? How do I check my order status?
When we ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24 - 72 hours for shipping information to update on the website. Just enter your order information on the Track Order page to track your order status.
I placed several orders for different products but only some arrived, how come?
Since we have 6 different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! Most of our items are shipped in the USA so the time difference between items arriving will be minimal.
I changed my mind, can I cancel or modify my order?
When you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification. After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel it or modify it.
To cancel an order, please provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel as well as your order number.
To modify an order, please include all the details of your order: order number, style, size and color then specify the item you would like to change it for in your email and we’ll do our best to help you!

First, double check your spam folder and other email accounts.

How much is shipping?
Once you’ve clicked through to ENTER YOUR SHIPPING DETAILS, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.
When can I expect to receive my package?
Every single item on Evangeloom is custom printed just for you, and there are three steps before you get it:
Hold time: It will take 24h, when you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification.
Production and delivery time estimates are listed on the product's listing page.
Please note 1: Some of our items in our catalog are so popular that the shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.
Please note 2: Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
I never received my package, what should I do?
If your item has not arrived within 30 days for Jewelry and 45 days for Prayer Snugglers, wallet case, after having ordered, contact one of our champs through our Contact us page and we will do our best to help you!
Can I track my orders?
To track your order you will need your order number and the email that you used to place the order with. You can check the status of your order by clicking here: Track My Order. You will also receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped that will include tracking information.
It may take up to 24 - 72h for your package to show up in the forwarder's tracking system.
For International orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there is no further tracking.
Can I deliver to multiple addresses?
We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
Can I expedite my order?
We currently do not offer expedited shipping because all of our products are custom made-to-order after each purchase. We are looking into ways to expand our shipping options for you.
I ordered the wrong size or color, what should I do?
For any changes within 24hrs after ordering go to the MY ORDERS section above on this page for further details.
As every single item on Evangeloom is printed to order, we can’t exchange your product. But, your satisfaction is our priority and we will do our best to find a solution that will make you happy! Please contact our customer service for assistance.
I’m not satisfied with my product, what should I do?
At Evangeloom, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, If your product meets the following criteria, please contact us and we will have your order replaced as quickly as possible:
- The product itself is flawed.
- The print quality is poor.
- The final product is different from the product presented on the site.
All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the product itself is flawed, the print quality is poor or the final product is different from the product presented on the site. We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.
For all other requests please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear.
Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

Where Are You Located? and Where Do Your Products Ship From?
We are a global company and have multiple offices as well as multiple warehouses around the world.
For Jewelry: They are going to be shipped direct from the factory in USA.
For Prayer Snugglers and phone cases: We have our own manufacturing warehouse in China, which is where your orders will be shipped from.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Orders that have entered the shipping process can’t be modified. But in some cases you can update your order information IF your order has not been shipped.

Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel items or orders that haven’t entered the shipping process yet.
To cancel an item or an entire order that have been entered the shipping process, you need to contact our Customer Support Team and provide us your order number and they will assist you.
Can I pay by check?
Unfortunately, we do not accept payments by check.
Why does your website keep rejecting my credit/debit card?
If you have issues paying with your credit/debit card. It might be due to one of the following reasons:
- You may have entered incorrect card information
- You may have not used the correct billing address
- Your Bank may have blocked your transaction for a security reason
- You may have a daily transaction limit in place
- You may have insufficient funds in the account you are trying to use
Should I open a Paypal Dispute / Card Chargeback instead of requesting a refund?
No. This is not the correct action to take.
Opening a Paypal Dispute or Card Chargeback’s is a last option, and is intended for when you have not been able to get a satisfactory response from us. As per our Terms of Service, if you require a refund, you will need to contact us first to request this.
Should you open a Paypal Dispute / Chargeback, we will be asked by the dispute service to provide evidence of the transaction, and any tracking numbers, which could result in you losing the dispute, and possibly not receiving your order
How Do I Cancel a Paypal Dispute / Chargeback?
If you have opened a Paypal dispute, you can close this from within your Paypal Dispute Centre.
If you have opened a Card Chargeback, you will need to contact your Bank and advise them to close this.
When will I receive my refund?
You will receive your refund as soon as the customer support team has approved your refund request and any items have been returned. You will receive your refund notification email as soon as you are refunded.
