We aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available size dimensions in each product page.

We cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Order Modifications or Cancellation

After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to email us (support@evangeloom.com) and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.

Email and Give Us:
  • Name and email on the order.
  • Order number. 
  • The changes that need to be made.
  • Damaged/Incorrect Order
At Evangeloom, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, If your product meets the following criteria, please contact us and we will have your order replaced as quickly as possible:
  • The product itself is flawed.
  • The print quality is poor.
  • The final product is different from the product presented on the site.

All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the product itself is flawed, the print quality is poor or the final product is different from the product presented on the site. Please contact us by email at support@evangeloom.com and one of our helpful support staff will organize a reprint for you!

Order not received

If your item has not arrived within 30 days, contact one of our heroes through our Contact Us page for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.) 

Returns

In most cases, we will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.

Please make sure that:
  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is unwashed, unworn and unused
  • The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different than the one you ordered

For Jewelry

Each necklace and pendant design is made to order for every customer - and as such, we cannot accept general returns for items. This includes:

  • Change of mind
  • Items ordered in error (including wrong quantity, design, or variant selected)
  • Exchanges for alternative design, product or size
  • Not as expected items
  • Unwanted items
